Over on my movie credits website, I’ve replaced the home page with links to aid agencies accepting donations to support Haitian relief efforts.

Zeiss Ikon 100mm f/2.0 Makro Planar ZF Manual Focus Macro Lens for the Nikon F (AI-S) Bayonet SLR System.
Amazing Lens
Pros: Consistent Output, Strong Construction, Durable, Beautiful Color, Bokeh, Rugged, Sharp Focus
Cons: Lens cap
Best Uses: Macro, Portraits
Describe Yourself: Photo Enthusiast
The colors, contrast, and sharpness make this one of the most amazing lenses you can buy.
The only thing that I would change is the lens cap which can be difficult to use; however this is only a minor quibble.
Zeiss is releasing new “.2″ models which are chipped and send the data to your body, which may be helpful if you’d rather not mess with “Non-CPU” lenses. I purchased this lens before they released these new models, and I’m certainly not bothered by this.
All in all, a fantastic product!

She’s A Mess
I was recently found out that a former classmate, Cheri, is a famous actress, although she denies it. As “proof” that she wasn’t famous, she directed me to her online seven-part series called She’s A Mess where she directs two episodes and is a star in one. This series follows a girl who constantly gets into trouble or awkward situations. It’s very funny and the plots resolve themselves like episodes of Curb or Seinfeld. So click on over to the website and view the series in preparation for the new episodes that are coming next year!
