2 cups sifted flour
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tblsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3 tblsp oil
Stir until blended. Makes 2.5 dozen (4″-6″ diameter) or 1 dozen (6″-7″ diameter)
